Why this starts inside a clinic

Mental-health-adjacent medical care in Utah has to be delivered under physician oversight — that isn't a workaround giornii is trying to avoid, it's the reason giornii partners with an existing practice rather than operating on its own. It also happens to be the right call independent of the law: real medical governance, prescribing authority, and emergency protocols are exactly what should sit underneath something like this.

Giornii's job is the part on top of that foundation — the session design, the facilitation, the integration support. Not a replacement for medical infrastructure. A layer built carefully on top of it.
